   9:00-9:20: A leader of Beijing International Studies University (BISU) makes a speech

            A leader of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism makes a speech

            A leader of Beijing Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Science makes a speech

            A leader of Houzhou People’s Government makes a speech

            A leader of Nanxun District, Huzhou City gives a welcome speech

   9:20-9:25: Organize a signing ceremony for the production-university-research base of BISU in Nanxun District, Huzhou City (the signers are Ji Jinbiao, President of BISU and Wen Jianfei, Head of Nanxun District)

  (A leader of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, Huzhou People’s Government, Beijing Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Science, a leader of BISU and a leader of Nanxun District appear on stage for the signing ceremony)
